Appointments

Please arrive 15 minutes before your schedules appointment to check in. Treatments sessions that start late due to late arrival may not be able to be extended.

A 48-hour cancellation notice is required. All missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged the full amount. A credit card number is required to hold your reservation.

Payment

The Spa currently accepts cash and US Traveler’s Checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express credit cards. Prices do not include gratuity. You should feel no obligation to offer gratuity if you were unhappy with your service. (However, we ask that you please notify the front desk if this is the case.) Gratuity generally ranges between 15-20% of the price of the service, more for exceptional service. Your therapist appreciates your generosity.

Gift Certificates

We offer spa gift certificates in any denomination for services or retail products. Certificates are not redeemable for cash, and guests must present certificate upon check in. We are sorry, but lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be honored.

Other Spa Information

To ensure all guests will rest, relax and rejuvenate, please turn off your cell phone and beeper upon arrival.

Please be respectful of others enjoying their treatments. Shhhhhhhhhhh.

Services may be denied at the discretion of the management.

Please leave your valuables at home. Yon-Ka Signature Day Spa can not assume responsibility for lost or stolen items.

Alert your therapist if you are pregnant, have muscle or joint injuries, using Retin-A, Accutane, Renova or any photo sensitizing or keratolytic medications or have had recent laser or plastic surgery. One of these conditions may affect our ability to perform your required treatment at this time.

The best treatments come with honest open communication with your therapist, so please let them know about allergies, pain, discomfort or special needs.

As a courtesy to our staff and guests, and for the safety of the children, we would appreciate if you would find alternate child care during your services. Children in the salon receiving services MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times.
